Melanie Yeatts - ARS

My name is Melanie Yeatts, Owner and Founder of Agency Resource Solutions, Inc. Most importantly, though, I was loyal team member that was blessed to have worked for various agents over the last 30+ years. While my now-retired hero husband was actively serving our great country, I was lucky enough to be able to find a fantastic insurance team to work with no matter where the Army took us. Prior to launching this business venture, I gained a wealth of full-time insurance experience working with various agents throughout Georgia and North Carolina.

Almost 15 years ago, I was given the opportunity to work remotely for an agency, due to family obligations, military deployments, and other circumstances. From there, I developed a remote process to help my then-employer and his team organize and lessen the burden of service work in the office. I had no idea at the time how valuable that process was or how the word would spread! Before I knew it, I was working for multiple agents, fine-tuning my process, and training others to do the same to keep up with the demand.

Over the years, my team and I have developed a highly efficient system that streamlines and simplifies the service work that consumes so much of your team’s time. Having worked in agents' offices, we understand first-hand, in agencies big and small, how service work can consume the workday.
