Joining ARS completely changed my life! I now have the financial stability and work to life balance I have been praying for. I feel supported by the ARS team and agents as well and confident in my role. I couldn’t picture my life or career without the amazing opportunity ARS has presented to me, I am excited about my future that ARS is helping me build for myself.

I have been with ARS for over 5 years. I love working with the different offices I have more free time to spend with the grandkids and the flexibility to go to the doctor appt. And the biggest thing is when my brother was dying. I got to spend time with him that would have been missed otherwise. I don’t feel the guilt of taking vacations and leaving the office short-staffed. I have worked in agents’ offices for over 25 years. I love my job and the staff I work with. I also love the ARS support staff they are fantastic.

The best part of this job is having an extended family. ARS is here though thick and thin. Not just a job but family first. The flexibility the job offers to let you go to school functions but still do your work is amazing. So glad I took the scary step and spent money on that flight to Georgia for training!

I just celebrated my 1yr Anniversary with ARS last month and I can’t put into words how grateful I am for this job! I worked in an agency for 15+ yrs… working with some really amazing agents over the years… including a trophy agent. This job allows me to focus more on service… which I have always preferred over the grind of sales goals. I stayed in a constant state of stress and panic. My mental health these days is so much better. My husband even commented recently on how much my demeanor has changed in the last year and how happy I seem. You guys have done an outstanding job streamlining processes that sing to my OCD soul! Thank you all so much for what you do and for Melanie for having the vision and determination to create ARS!

What a joy working with ARS, the flexibility is so important to me. Throughout the years, I have traveled with my laptop working in the airports, on balconies looking out into the mountains, international stays doing BOD!

I am a grandmother that would have retired a few years ago had I been in an office. By having the extra income I have the opportunity to support my grandchildren's activities and still work such as this past 4 days being in Atlanta for a baseball tournament. I can also travel with my husband as he meets out-of-state clients. I have been with ARS for almost 7 years and so appreciate the help and advice always provided. The best part is my agents and their teams are fantastic. I love them like family and I certainly feel blessed.

This job has been life-changing! Because it allows me to travel, I was able to meet my husband 2 states away! That’s when my real adventures began. Our families are spread out all over the US. So this allows me the flexibility to pick up and go! I’ve worked on the beach in California and in a wooded campground in Michigan. Have wifi will travel!

It will be almost 6 years since I left an office to work full time for ARS as a Specialist. This company has allowed me to be there for my family in more ways than one. I was able to help with my husband's ailing Papaw for the last three years of his life. I am still able to help his Mamaw when needed. I was able to be home when my husband tore his shoulder and bicep and help him through almost an entire year of recovery with therapy. I haven't missed a field trip or school function with my kids since. I have been able to make my walk with God stronger and spread the gospel more often and pray for hundreds of people I would have never come in contact with. I have been blessed with so many friendships as well. This job just keeps on giving and I am forever grateful for all the things I am able to do that I couldn't while working in an office.
