Once onboarding is complete, your Remote Service Specialist starts immediately! We continually train and monitor your specialist along the way. If your specialist ever leaves, we work quickly on your behalf to backfill the gap!

Standard regulations state that anyone having access to your policyholder information must be a W-2 employee of yours. Therefore, you will hire this person, and they will be on your payroll.

How much your Service Specialist is paid depends on the size of your book of business. Pricing is discussed in the demo call, in which you must participate prior to signing up for the program. The Placement Fee is a one-time flat fee regardless of your book of business.

Each Service Specialist has previous insurance experience or has been trained extensively by one of our seasoned Senior Service Specialists. In addition, each Service Specialist must attend and successfully complete training by Agency Resource Solutions, Inc., before being introduced to his or her first agent.

Yes! Licensing is a requirement for placement. Every Service Specialist must have an agreement with each agent (AAPA Agreement) and be licensed in Property & Casualty.
