What began over a decade ago with one woman and one agent working out a way to be all things for her family and her employer is now a household name for having the most efficient, streamlined remote service process around!

Since those early days, ARS has evolved from a one-woman operation to an expansive team with over 1000+ Remote Service Specialists and thousands of agents!

Led by the original Remote Service Specialist and our CEO, Melanie Yeatts, and COO, Chasity Hawkins, our team is nearly 20-strong and fully dedicated to giving you an incredible and impactful experience.

We hand-select and personally train every Remote Service Specialist to the highest standards. Then we pair your agency with one of our highly trained and licensed Specialists to handle your Beginning of Day tasks and other service responsibilities. Along the way, we provide continuous training to your Remote Service Specialist in the latest changes, updates, and best practices. Additionally, we will frequently check in with you to ensure our program is meeting your needs and that you are getting the very best service you deserve.
