Win-Back Setup

When a non-pay cancellation does occur, your Retention Specialist reaches out to attempt to reinstate that policy before the app date. If unsuccessful, the Retention Specialist will set up a win-back task for your team so no customer slips away without a second chance.

Premium Change Outreach

When premiums increase or decrease, your Retention Specialist sends a text to the customer inviting them to schedule a policy review appointment turning a potential concern into a retention opportunity.

DSS Set Up Not Completed / Reading

Your Retention Specialist reaches out to customers with DSS Set Up Not Completed using 2 contacts: a text reminder followed by a phone call.

For DSS Odometer Reading requests, your Retention Specialist sends a text reminder to the customer keeping the process moving without adding it to your team’s task list.
